1. Call us
Call (201) 555-0142. Give the address, the dates, the type of use, and the number of people. Photos or a pinned map location of the placement spot are helpful.
2. Confirm the details
Your rental details should cover unit types and quantities, the rental period, the servicing schedule, delivery and pickup, and anything that is extra. Ask questions before you accept. If anything seems vague, ask for it in writing.
3. Prepare the site
- Pick a firm, level spot with a clear approach for a truck
- Make sure gates are unlocked or a contact is available
- Move vehicles and equipment away from the delivery path
- Check with your municipality, HOA, or venue about permits and rules
- Plan a hard or matted path to accessible units
4. Delivery and set-up
Units are delivered and set at the agreed position. For events, confirm the delivery window with your venue contact. For job sites, tell the driver where to report. Check that units are where you want them and tell us right away if you need an adjustment.
5. Servicing during the rental
For longer rentals and busy events, servicing keeps units usable. See servicing, cleaning, and pumping for what that includes. If usage is heavier than expected, call us.
6. Pickup
When the rental ends, units are collected. Tell us in advance if your dates change, if you want to extend, or if access will be restricted on pickup day.
What you are responsible for
Your rental agreement sets out responsibilities for the unit while it is on your site, including damage and misuse. Read it and ask about anything unclear. See also our terms.
